The KP Performance dual band omni antennas provide 360 degree coverage in two different frequency bands and with multiple 2x2 MIMO radio platforms. Options are available for 2300-2700 MHz, 3300-3800 MHz and 5150-5850 MHz for 2x2 MIMO with Horizontal/Vertical Polarization.

 

The dual band omni antennas consists of two 2x2 horizontal/vertical omni antenna arrays at different frequencies but in a single radome enclosure and using a single mounting point on the tower. The omni antennas are optimized to provide uniform coverage around the tower in both frequency bands. Using just one dual-band omni antenna like this is a practical and cost-effective solution when you cannot justify the cost of putting up 3, 4 or more radios and sectors. The dual-band omni is useful in low density PMP applications such as setting up a new tower that will see steady client growth in every direction. Add new clients without degrading existing services by bringing online the dual-band omni's other frequency. The innovative dual-band omni design simplifies installation and reduces the overall footprint on the tower.
